We use the name, email, selected service, budget and message you provide to respond and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract; for enquiries on behalf of a company, it is also our legitimate interest in handling that enquiry. Required fields are needed to process the form. Do not include passwords, health data or other sensitive information.

Your brief is recorded in a private Google Workspace register and sent by email. Vercel provides hosting and delivery infrastructure. We retain the data while handling your enquiry and any resulting work, and afterwards only as required by law or as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Google Analytics only starts with your permission. Declining does not limit the site or the brief form. Change your choice anytime in the footer; withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes our analytics cookies from this browser.

Language and site functions

The ravenor-lang cookie remembers your language for up to one year. ravenor-lang-hint is a session hint for choosing a language. Interactive sections may locally store sound preferences, game scores and reading position. We do not send these to Analytics. You can clear this storage in your browser.

Google Analytics

Only with consent. The _ga cookie distinguishes visitors; the second analytics cookie retains session state. Both last up to 180 days. We measure visits to our main pages and successfully accepted briefs. Google also processes technical information, such as browser and device data. We do not send names, emails, brief content or URL parameters. Detailed user and event data is retained in Analytics for 2 months; aggregate reports may remain longer. We do not use ad personalisation or Google Signals.

We use Vercel for the website and Google for communication, records and optional analytics. Data may also be processed outside the EEA. Transfers require an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Provider information and terms:

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time.
